Our ADHD training course is designed to provide educational training on the assessment and diagnostic process for ADHD in accordance with NICE guidelines (NG87). This course does not grant attendees an automatic legal right to diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication. The ability to diagnose is determined by the attendee’s professional qualifications, regulatory body, and indemnity provider.

2. Professional Responsibility
It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they hold the appropriate qualifications, indemnity insurance, and regulatory approvals to implement the training within their scope of practice. The course provider does not take responsibility for individual legal or professional restrictions that may apply to attendees.

3. Certification & Indemnity
A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the course. This certificate may be used to apply for professional indemnity; however, the course provider does not guarantee that indemnity insurers will approve coverage. Attendees are advised to consult their respective regulatory bodies or insurers before enrolling.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• No refunds will be issued once the course has been attended, accessed, or completed.
• Enrolment in the course constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• If an attendee has concerns about their ability to practice after completing the course, they must seek advice from their regulatory body or indemnity provider.

5. Professional Conduct & Ethics
Attendees are expected to engage with the training in a professional and ethical manner. The course provider reserves the right to refuse future services, including referrals or additional training, to individuals who spread misinformation about the course content or misrepresent its scope.

6. Limitation of Liability
The course provider shall not be liable for any professional, legal, or financial consequences arising from an attendee’s interpretation or application of the training. Attendees accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with their professional regulations.
